Absolutely. We want every meal to be exactly how you like it. When placing your order, simply let us know your preferences — whether that's adjusting spice levels, swapping sides, or removing specific ingredients.

Red Rooster is open during the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Yes, we accept advance orders. This is especially useful for group meals, catering, or if you have a specific time in mind for pickup or delivery.

We recommend placing advance orders at least 24 hours ahead for standard orders, and 48–72 hours ahead for larger catering requests. Contact us via our order form or phone to schedule.

Delivery & Pickup

Yes, Red Rooster offers delivery to addresses within our local service zone around Fairfield, VIC. Delivery is available during regular business hours.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and current order volume. As a general guide:

  • Local Fairfield area: Approximately 25–40 minutes
  • Surrounding suburbs: Approximately 40–60 minutes

You will receive confirmation once your order is on its way. For time-sensitive deliveries, please call us directly.

Yes, a minimum order value applies for delivery. Please check our Delivery page for current minimum thresholds and any applicable delivery fees based on your location.

There is no minimum order for takeaway pickup — you are welcome to collect any size order in person.

Payments

Payments & Refunds

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (in-store and on delivery)
  • Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit)
  • EFTPOS
  • Bank transfer (for large catering orders — details provided on invoice)

Payment is required in full prior to delivery or at time of pickup. For catering events, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

If there is an issue with your order — such as an incorrect item or quality concern — please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. For full details, please read our Refund Policy.

We can accommodate events both large and small. While there is no strict minimum guest count, catering packages are typically designed for groups of 10 or more to ensure cost-effectiveness for you.

For smaller gatherings, we can arrange a standard bulk order — just contact us and we'll find the best option for your needs.

Absolutely. For large or customised orders, we are happy to provide a tailored quote. Simply send us details including:

  • Approximate number of guests
  • Event date and time
